At Hardin-Jefferson Junior High, we serve our students with a shared commitment to service, growth, and high expectations. Since the 2022–2023 school year, we have focused on building a school culture where every student is known, supported, and challenged to succeed. Together, we push daily to embody a culture of service, believing that service builds character, strengthens relationships, and teaches students the importance of contributing to something greater than themselves.

We believe strong relationships, clear expectations, and mutual respect are the foundation of a successful school. By working closely with families and staff, we strive to create a safe, supportive environment where students are encouraged to grow academically, socially, and emotionally—preparing them for success in school and in life.
