Principal

Nicholas Phillips brings nearly two decades of experience in public education and a proven record of leadership at the high school and middle school levels. Throughout his career, he has served as a high school principal, middle school principal, associate principal, and instructional leader, building a reputation for fostering student success, cultivating strong relationships, promoting a positive campus culture, and maintaining high expectations for all.

His dedication to education has earned numerous honors, including Texas PTA Secondary Principal of the Year (2023), TASSP Region 5 High School Principal of the Year (2022), and TASSP Region 5 Middle School Principal of the Year (2021). He earned both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Education degrees from Lamar University.
